Excelling in figure skating requires much more than time on the ice. We apply our years of training and experience to develop off-ice programs specific to a skater’s needs, encompassing physical conditioning, plyometrics, harness work, stretch, yoga, and dance in many styles.

The joy of figure skating comes from its unique combination of athletics and artistry, expressed through movement to music. We work with our skaters to select music that suits their individuality and develop programs that will challenge their skill development over the season and provide a sense of accomplishment.

Our coaching team has trained with the top coaches in the world in Pairs and Ice Dance, and loves to share that knowledge with the next generations of skaters. Our unique experience with partnering, lifts and more provides your skater with opportunities to develop these skills in a methodical, safe way.
