Step onto the Ice.
Define Your Legacy.
Your journey begins here - to build resilience, refine your skills, and find your edge.
Step onto the ice with purpose & determination as you work toward reaching your highest potential.
This is where champions are made and excellence becomes your standard.
Define Your Journey.
Competition & Test Preparation.
Your skater’s training should enhance competition and test readiness, not leave you headed to a competition realizing you’ve only run your program once in the last week. Our individual approach will insure this doesn’t happen to you. We’ve all been there & it isn’t fun :/
Pairs & Ice Dance.
Our coaching team has trained with the top coaches in the world in Pairs and Ice Dance, and loves to share that knowledge with the next generations of skaters. Our unique experience with partnering, lifts and more provides your skater with opportunities to develop these skills in a methodical, safe way.
Choreography & Program Development.
Tailored to each skater’s unique style, our choreography sessions teach skaters how to integrate their technical skills with creative movements. We focus on building fluid, expressive routines that reflect both skill and artistry, adding challenging moves over the course of the season as skills develop.
Physical Conditioning.
Figure skating requires aerobic and anaerobic training, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, utilized during a program, all while making it look easy. We make sure all aspects of physical conditioning are encompassed by our camp schedule, and while we get the work done, we do our best to make it fun!
Jump Technique & Spins.
We provide coaching for jumps and spins based on a thoughtful progression of exercises that allows skaters to develop the fundamental skills necessary to sccomplish high level triples & quads and spin combinations.
Power Skating & Edge Work.
Understanding edges & how to get power off an edge is at the core of figure skating. We make sure our coaching develops these skills so that each skater develops greater confidence as they progress.
Harness & Vestibular Training.
We believe the purpose of the pole harness is to assist the skater in applying the proper technique to their jump, not to be a substitute for learning proper technique. In the same way, vestibular training helps skaters learn spatial awareness and train proprioception in a safe way.
Dance.
Our dance sessions focus on enhancing skaters’ coordination, rhythm, and artistic expression. Our team members have professional experience in many styles of dance, including ballet, ballroom, character dance, hip-hop and more. These classes help skaters bring their routines to life and develop performance quality that makes their on-ice presence unforgettable.
Yoga.
Yoga is an essential part of our training, helping skaters improve flexibility, strength, and mental focus. Through stretches and controlled movements, skaters learn body awareness and balance to boost their performance on the ice.
Stretching.
Proper stretching is key to injury prevention and muscle recovery. Our off-ice stretching sessions are designed to help skaters increase their range of motion, strengthen their muscles, and stay injury-free as they advance in the sport.
Freestyle.
Freestyle combines all the aspects of figure skating training to create the overall package. We work with each of our skaters to develop a plan for the season that includes realistic, measurable goals, a schedule and plan for achieving them. We include additional specialties and coordinate with other coaches such as Synchro and Theatre on Ice when our skaters are on these teams.
